We love this beautifully composed shot of two horses emerging from the mist. The way the sunlight diffuses through the fog creates a lovely ethereal atmosphere, with the angular shadows adding to the effect. Capturing moments like this is harder than it looks, and the quality of this image is a testament to the photographer’s keen eye. Well done, Mohanan!
An intriguing image that captures our attention and draws us in. The lighting is excellent and the use of beige and grey tones across the background and the clothing creates a sense of thematic coherence. Excellent work, Samantha!
The lighting in this portrait of two young musicians is exquisite. The scratches on the cello, which could easily have been removed in Photoshop, give a sense of the history and character of the instrument. We also enjoy the composition, with the two figures and the cello arranged in descending order by height, and the vertical bow echoing the lines of the cello strings and stand. Bravo, Saša!
The reflections, the use of natural light, the ghostly atmosphere created by black-and-white tones – a lovely shot worthy of an honourable mention. Nice job, Vladimir!
